Repairers are being invited to register for a live ARIES webinar in January which will provide greater insights into the new environmental standard.
ARIES (Accident Repair Industry Environmental Standard) has been introduced to succeed PAS 2060, which is being withdrawn at the end of this year.
The industry-wide initiative, designed to measure and reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions within the vehicle accident repair sector, offers a practical, step-by-step pathway to help repairers take meaningful, lasting climate action.
The process begins with a declaration of commitment and continues with a series of milestones that recognise tangible achievements in lower energy usage and carbon reduction.
So far more than 1,000 repairers in the UK have already signed up.
The interactive webinar, which takes place from 3pm-4pm on 21 January, will give repairers the opportunity to ask questions about the standard and understand how it supports sustainability and ensures insurer confidence.
