Ford repairers to benefit from more accurate data
Ford repairers will be able to offer customers more accurate quotes and quicker repairs following a data agreement between Ford Motor Company and Digital INNK.
The agreement will connect Ford dealerships and repairers with Ford’s service and maintenance information through the Digital INNK ViSN platform.
This will give them access to the Ford Fleet National Pricing data for recommended service and maintenance costs using vehicle registration mark. This will increase both the accuracy of quoting service and maintenance work and speed up jobs by reducing queries and challenges.
Andrew Paton, head of fleet and CV aftersales, Ford of Britain & Ireland, said: “Working with Digital INNK gives Ford Motor Company another way of offering our recommended pricing via the Fleet National Pricing Programme for business and fleet companies that have elected to use the Digital INNK platform to book their work into the Ford Franchise network.”
