Van Mossel Automotive Group completes dealership acquisitions

Van Mossel Automotive Group has enhanced its UK footprint by acquiring Breeze Motor Group and Ocean Automotive.

The deals include a total of nine dealership sites, two repair centres and one parts distribution warehouse, with both groups now operating under the umbrella of Van Mossel Automotive International, the international division of Van Mossel Automotive Group.

The acquisitions accelerate Van Mossel Automotive’s expansion in the UK after previous deals in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

“This acquisition strengthens our position and opens the door to further growth. We look forward to a successful collaboration with both companies and continued expansion in the region.”
