Core Diagnostics expands ADAS calibrations service in France
Core Diagnostics has agreed an ADAS calibrations partnership with French glass replacement specialist 123 Pare-Brise.
The deal with one of France’s largest glass replacement networks represents a significant expansion of Core Diagnostics’ European business.
As part of the agreement, Core Diagnostics will carry out remote ADAS calibrations across 123 Pare-Brise’s 170-plus sites. This will mean 123 Pare-Brise sites no longer have to use mobile ADAS specialists or main dealers.
Remote connections to the vehicle will enable Core Diagnostics to carry out ADAS calibrations from its technical centre in Ellesmere Port, with an average response time of under five seconds and average success rates of more than 99%.
Convenience
Damien Acthergal, technical director for 123 Pare-Brise, said: “Until now, certain computer diagnostic or ADAS system calibration operations required the intervention of an external service provider or a visit to a dealership. Thanks to the remote ADAS solution, these operations can now be carried out directly in our centres, without moving the vehicle.
“This solution will allow us to significantly reduce the use of external service providers, improve intervention planning and offer our customers an even smoother and more controlled service.”
He added: “After several months of testing and evaluating six different solutions, we chose Core Diagnostics for its high reliability, speed of its service, ease of use and quality of technical support. The chosen solution offers an excellent balance between performance and overall cost, making it a sustainable choice for our network.”
