James MacLeay joins Peter Vardy Group as CFO
Peter Vardy Group has appointed James MacLeay as chief financial officer.
The appointment marks a significant step in the company’s transition from automotive retail to a diversified technology and mobility investment group.
He brings with him extensive experience in corporate finance and M&A, with expertise in structuring complex transactions and scaling international operations.
