Fix Auto UK welcomes new group of apprentices
Fix Auto UK officially welcomed a new group of apprentices to the business at 3M’s head office in Bracknell.
The 44 new recruits, who were joined by Fix Auto UK and 3M leadership, franchise partners, Apprenticeship Central and Auto Assess team members, will now begin their apprenticeship journeys with the network.
The new group of apprentices, which joins the 200 apprentices who are already enjoying successful early careers across the organisation’s repairers, marks the largest single recruitment in Fix Auto UK’s 20-year history and reinforces its long-standing commitment to developing the next generation of talent within the vehicle repair sector.
The day featured motivational presentations, hands-on sessions and networking opportunities within senior leadership and training partners.
Largest intake
Ian Pugh, managing director for the Advantage Group of Companies that Fix Auto UK falls within, said: “In a week where we celebrated recording our 20,000th Trustpilot review and this, being our 20th anniversary year, Thursday, 9 October 2025, will be written into the annuals of Fix Auto UK as we welcome our largest single intake of apprentices with this, the class of 2025.
“This reflects both our group’s growth and unwavering belief that the future of our industry depends on the next generation. Each young individual represents the future of high-quality vehicle repair and industry-leading customer care.”
