BMG Verified unveiled to build trust in repairers
BookMyGarage has launched a new verification scheme BMG Verified to help repairers build consumer trust and generate higher revenues.
BookMyGarage is a comparison site for MOT, servicing and repairs, allowing motorists to compare pricing, services and reviews in a single place.
It has now introduced BMG Verified to help businesses differentiate themselves further and gain customer trust.
To achieve verification, repairers must have a minimum of 20 reviews with scores of at least 4.5 stars. They must also meet the BookMyGarage SLA requirements, have a minimum of 70% attendance rates and honour bookings at the confirmed price.
Eligibility will be checked monthly, with BookMyGarage also carrying out physical checks of certified bodyshops.
Raising the bar
Chief marketing officer Jessica Potts said: “We’ve created this programme to give drivers even more confidence when booking, by highlighting garages that consistently deliver on reliability, responsiveness and customer care. It’s a badge that’s earned, not given, and it reflects our commitment to raising the bar across the industry.
“Our verified garage partners may benefit from increased online gains in bookings as the garage profile listing will proudly display the ‘BMG Verified’ badge.
“Meanwhile, we expect the BookMyGarage online presence to enjoy even more visibility which in turn generates more bookings for all our partner garages.”
