BCA grows Scottish footprint with new Livingston investment

BCA has completed a significant investment project in Livingston, Scotland, marking a major milestone in its strategic development across the region.

The Livingston site has been re-engineered to optimise operational efficiency, promote a safety-first environment, and enhance the customer experience, according to the business. This optimisation will reduce processing times and improve throughput, as well as enhancing operational safety for staff and visitors access across key areas.

BCA grows Scottish footprint

This transformation follows a series of successes including vendor and buyer volume growth during the past 18 months that have further strengthened BCA’s Scottish network.

Enhancements at Livingston include a new AutosOnShow Fast Flow image solution, which takes seconds to provide a set of super hi-resolution 8K vehicle imagery for online catalogues and, post-sale, can be used by buyers on retail websites.

The centre has additionally been equipped with full workshop capability for both cosmetic and mechanical refurbishment, fully integrated with BCA’s automated processes to ensure vehicles are prepared to an optimal standard to achieve the best result.

The new customer-focused click and collect facility ensures efficient vehicle collections, reducing wait times and enhanced convenience for customers.
