ARIES to deliver key sustainability session at Kinetic’25
ARIES (the Accident Repair Industry Environmental Standard) is urging attendees not to miss a key session on sustainability taking place at Kinetic’25.
Hosted by Vizion, Kinetic’25 is taking place at the Telford International Centre from 3-4 September.
Among a full agenda, the ‘Decarbonisation: Commercially Balanced and Available to Everyone’ session will take place on the Kinetic Live Stage at 2.30pm on Thursday, 4 September.
Focusing on the future of sustainable repair practices, the session will bring together leading voices from across the automotive repair ecosystem. Panellists include representatives from insurers, vehicle manufacturers, repair groups, and sustainability specialists, with a live Q&A with Quentin Willson, broadcaster, journalist and author.
ARIES
The session comes with the industry at a crossroads. With the internationally recognised PAS 2060 standard ending at the end of 2025, ARIES has emerged as the new, independent, not-for-profit sustainability framework designed specifically for the accident repair sector.
It offers a practical, inclusive, and commercially viable path to decarbonisation for repairers, insurers, vehicle manufacturers and suppliers of all sizes, bridging the gap between ambition and action.
Gary Brench, director of risk and assurance at Vizion Group, said:
“We encourage everyone at Kinetic to take full advantage of this opportunity. You’ll hear first-hand from the panel of experts, many of whom were founding members of ARIES. Their insights will empower repairers, suppliers, and partners to approach environmental change not as a burden, but as a strategic advantage.”
