BookMyGarage passes £100m milestone
BookMyGarage has passed the £100m milestone for revenues generated through its platform in the last year.
It has generated work valued at £94,341,200 for independent repairers in the last 12 months, with work generated for both independent shops and the franchised network totalling £101,599,166.
Meanwhile, the 46% of independent repairers signed up to its Acclerate package – which favours businesses who score high reviews – invoiced customers £59,684,700 in the past year with an average return on investment of 1,007%.
BookMyGarage chief marketing officer Jessica Potts said: “Our latest data is a resounding endorsement of our platform and the incremental business it generates for our garage partners and the franchised sector. Our platform provides an easy way for motorists to find the business which best suits their needs with proximity to a customer’s home and availability proving to be significant driving factors when making a decision rather than price.
“We have focused on better matching customer requirements to garages and workshops and the services they offer. In turn, this means customers with specific search criteria such as availability and proximity are quickly matched to the most relevant business which has led to even more bookings.
“We’re continually innovating and looking for new products and services to make drivers’ aftermarket experiences hassle-free and easy – with our latest launch being the new cosmetic repair tool. From our research, we know this will help meet driver demand and we can now channel customers directly through to garages which offer this service.”
