Pro-Align appoints new head of operations

Premium garage equipment supplier Pro-Align has appointed Kasia Rzepka to the newly created role of head of operations.
In her new role, Rzepka will oversee the company’s aftersales and engineering teams of around 25 people, with an aim of delivering 100% customer satisfaction.
She said: “Pro-Align is a great company but also one with massive opportunities. Under its new ownership, the company has some incredibly exciting and ambitious growth plans, but these are totally reliant on delivering the very best levels of customer service and care within the industry. I’m ambitious and like a challenge, so this feels like the ideal fit for both me and for Pro-Align and I look forward to making a real difference to customers across the whole of the UK.”
