Fix Auto Loughborough earns Stellantis certification

Fix Auto Loughborough has secured Stellantis vehicle manufacturer approval.

The business previously was previously approved for Vauxhall, Peugeot and Citroën, but now certified to repair all models and brands from within the Stellantis Group.

With VAG Group approval as well as Kia and Mitsubishi, its portfolio covers 48% of vehicles on UK roads.

Owner Paul Smith said: “Having previously held the approvals for Vauxhall, Peugeot and Citroën, we have a legion returning of customers who are always seeking that extra confidence when handing their car keys over, stepping up and undergoing the VM process for the entire Stellantis stable of vehicles was the next move for us. We have had to invest in some new equipment and additional training for the team, but apart from that I am delighted to say the whole process has been seamless.”

Greg Watson, northern regional bodyshop development manager for Stellantis, added: “Paul and his team run an extremely tight ship with a terrific team of highly experienced repairers on the shop floor supported by a great customer service team. They have all risen to every challenge we ask of all who carry the Stellantis approval.”
