Ben delivers dedicated menopause training

Automotive charity Ben is delivering four courses dedicated to providing support to employers and employees when colleagues are going through the menopause.

This comes after it was announced that company’s will be legally required to support employees during this time.

The courses include Menopause Awareness, which provides participants with greater understanding of menopause regardless of age and gender, Thriving in Menopause, which gives participants tools to manage their own Menopause, Menopause-savvy Leaders and Managers, which Equips managers with the knowledge and tools to confidentially talk about menopause and support their menopausal team members, and Let’s Demystify Menopause for Men, an interactive, educational workshop for all male employees who want to learn about menopause.
