Vella Group announces Gaskell Motor Bodies acquisition

The Vella Group has increased its site locations to 12 with the acquisition of Lancashire-based Gaskell Motor Bodies.
The business has a 6,000 sqft workshop and will operate as The Vella Group Great Harwood.
Owners Nick and Louise Gaskell will both remain with the business, with Nick becoming site manager.
He said: “Louise and I are very proud of the business and team that we have built up over the past 25 years, but felt that the time was right to become part of a larger group. We and all the staff are looking forward to the opportunity of working with the Vella Group. We’d like to thank all the customers, local community, friends and family who have supported us over the years and we look forward to them following us on our journey.”
