TrustFord cuts ribbon on new Carlisle site

TrustFord has opened the doors to its new dealership in Carlisle.

The dealership includes new and used car, commercial vehicle and motability vehicle sales, as well as aftersales and mobile servicing.

Mike Bell was promoted internally to the role of general manager and TrustFord Carlisle also has a dedicated motability specialist on site who has taken disability awareness training and is fully qualified to help customers, whatever their needs.

The new site also includes a seven-bay EV equipped aftersales workshop, enabling TrustFord’s trained technicians to provide service, repair and MOT on any make or model, including electric vehicles, as well offering Service NOW, which guarantees vehicles are serviced in 60 minutes or less.

Meanwhile, TrustFord’s mobile service operation, which already operates in the area, allows a qualified Ford technician to visit customers who would prefer to have their vehicle serviced at their home or workplace.
