Service Certainty names new MD

Richard Eadie has been appointed Managing Director of Service Certainty.

He has been at the company for five years in a number of roles, and succeeds Graham Clarke in the role.

The appointment will allow Clarke to dedicate more energy to Service Certainty’s sister company, Glasscare, and help develop its strategy through 2023.

Liam Nye, chairman said: “Rich has spent the last five years in various roles at Service Certainty and has successfully delivered many projects both within the company operations and by building strong relationships with our highly valued client base, both old and new.

“His swift journey through the ranks has been a testament to his tenacious and resolute attitude and I am both delighted and excited to see his skills and enthusiasm driving the business and its values onwards. I wish him every success.”
