eBay offers spare parts guarantee

eBay has launched a new ‘Assured Fit’ guarantee to help the industry find the right spare part for their car.

The services also comes with a money-back promise, with a free returns process if a part arrives and doesn’t fit as expected.

To use the service, motorists can enter their vehicle information using eBay’s newly enhanced MyGarage function, which will then pair the make and model with the appropriate part.

With the eBay Assured Fit initiative, we’re promising elevated assurance for buyers that parts are the right fit for them. We’re also providing peace of mind, so customers can shop confidently knowing there is a simple and free returns process in place if the part they buy isn’t quite right.”
