Activate Group appoints new MD

Activate Group has appointed Adrian Furness as managing director of its Motor Repair Network business.

Activate Group specialises in accident management services and partners with some of the country’s best-known fleets and insurers to service hundreds of thousands of claims a year.

Furness has extensive senior leadership experience within the insurance industry, most recently as CEO of Covea UK. He also held the roles of chief operating officer and claims director at Covea and its predecessor, Provident Insurance.

Having led Covea’s UK business, Adrian has a deep understanding of the claims industry, and the current trends and challenges faced by insurers and brokers. He’ll be instrumental as we work towards our vision to be the transformational leader in accident management, offering data-driven, technology-led solutions, delivered by some of the most experienced and passionate people in the industry.”
