Renault reports sales slump of 25.9%

Renault has reported sales down 25.9% in the first quarter of the year, with revenues down 19.2% to €10.125m.
It sold 672,962 vehicles in the first three months of the year. Sales in Europe fell 36% to 321,756 units in the same period.
It said: “To date, the impact that this pandemic will have on the Group’s results is still impossible to assess. Groupe Renault will communicate a new guidance as soon as it considers that it is in a position to do so.”
