Standox has received certification, after an audit, in accordance with ISO Standard 9001:2008, the world’s most common and significant quality management standard.
First certified in 2006, Standox’s internal process controls have continuously improved everything from product development to customer services.
Olaf Adamek, brand manager Standox EMEA, agreed that the renewed certification confirms the brand’s excellent performance. ‘This international certificate shows that all our structures, processes and operations are subject to regular controls. We were able to demonstrate that we have an effective quality management system in all areas, including plant and equipment, personnel, training and services. The ISO 9001:2008 re-certification also highlights our quality and reliability with which we aim to achieve continued customer satisfaction. One of our key goals is to deliver products and services that are of a consistent high quality.’
The management system certificate is awarded by DNV GL Business Assurance, one of the world’s leading certification bodies, and is valid until November 2017, when a new re-certification audit takes place. Until then, an annual audit is carried out to monitor further development.
