ACIS adds smart capability to web

Accident repair distribution network ACIS, has added tablet and smartphone formats to its brand new multi-functional and interactive website to allow members and customers easier access when working remotely or on the move.

The website, launched in February, has now been enhanced to make it fully responsive to mobile users who can make full use of the same functionality and the added ability to navigate on a smaller screen format.

‘We were delighted with the website when we launched it earlier in the year, but many of our web visitors need to have mobile access, because they are not office-based. So, we have made these tweaks to enable them to access the full suite of tools on smaller, more portable screens, whether they be smartphones or tablets,’ said CEO, Graham O Neill.

‘This will definitely help, along with the more linear look and feel and the access to news, views and our newsletter, ACIS Matters,’ he said.

As well as an updated format design, the website has several new features including a dedicated web-service portal and members-only log-in. The web-service area will allow access to ACIS’ added value IT programmes such as key performance indicator reports, an online PAS125 self-audit tool, and a health and safety diary.

Graham O’Neill added, ‘We started 2015 with the desire to continue to expand ACIS and the services it provides. We are delivering on that promise with a number of positive developments in the pipeline. Having a more effective and responsive online platform has been critical to ensuring the satisfaction of our existing customers, and will no doubt assist with our new customer and partnership relationships.’
