Criteria: A written entry (max. 1200 words) or a video entry (Max. 3 minutes with no more than 1 minute per criteria) must address the selection criteria detailed below and must show outcomes.
A bodyshop entering this category must be able to demonstrate their unique features which give them a competitive advantage, levels of service to customers, quality in finished repairs and explain how times and costs are calculated. The judges are looking for demonstrations of these outcomes and examples to prove them.
The criteria below are provided to give clarification to factors relevant to the judges’ decisions. Submissions should relate to UK operations only.
