Sika promotes Steve Fairbrass

Sika Limited has promoted Steve Fairbrass to the role of national sales manager – industrial distribution.
Steve joined Sika in January 2017 as key account manager for automotive aftermarket and has delivered over 30% growth for Sika within aftermarket.
The company signed an exclusive distribution deal for crash body repair with Grove group in December 2017 – 11 months after Steve joined the Hertfordshire-headquartered business.
Delivering Sika’s global innovation and knowledge to the UK bodyshop sector, in addition to Steve’s new responsibilities, is a challenge Steve has welcomed, ‘Sika’s success is driven by products and solutions that bring innovation, performance and reliability to our customers. Together with our distribution partners we are on track to continue to increase our market share – bringing automotive OEM industry standard quality and safety to the aftermarket industry.’
Steve will continue to lead the automotive aftermarket business for Sika, which includes glass replacement and crash body repair, in addition to development of Sika’s wider, industrial distribution strategy.
