Fix Auto creates engineering division
Fix Auto UK’s has announced the creation of its own in-house engineering division.
In the network’s third major investment of 2018, the move further cements Fix Auto UK’s service offering and capabilities.
Fix Auto UK also led the way for the industry earlier in the year, ahead of the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), by forming its own compliance team to guide and support franchisees. That investment was followed by the formation of the Fix Auto Customer Service Centre to enhance the claims notification procedure and ensure a seamless service for clients, franchisees and insurance companies.
Ian Pugh of Fix Auto UK, said, ‘By implementing this initiative, we will continue to raise the overall performance of the network and be proactively working to reduce leakage and estimating friction, which should bring significant benefits for all parties.’
