Audatex reveals PlanManager

Audatex UK has unveiled its new end-to-end bodyshop management solution, PlanManager, to customers at its exclusive event at the London Film Museum.

Launching at the Covent Garden venue’s Bond In Motion exhibition, PlanManager streamlines the entire crash repair and customer fulfilment process for bodyshops and its customers, from first notification of loss to final payment.

The cloud-based vehicle repair and claim management tool enables bodyshop technicians and administrators to be increasingly efficient in repairing vehicles, by improving workflow and reducing key-to-key times.

This strategic approach helps bodyshops maximise repair volume and minimise errors through the integration of workshop utilisation and planning tools, including damage assessment, cost estimation and finance, parts ordering and job scheduling.

With PlanManager, bodyshops can take a more customer-centric approach to all stages of the claims process, helping them to achieve accurate repairs and build customer satisfaction, whilst taking a step towards an entirely paperless future for the vehicle repair industry.

Customers will be given a full introduction to PlanManager, including a product demonstration and presentation by David Shepherd, regional managing director at Audatex UK and Africa.
