East Bilney continues expansion

East Bilney Coachworks has acquired the Pertwee & Back Ltd bodyshop business from the Great Yarmouth based Ford main dealer.

The move coincides with another major development as the business more than doubles the size of its Kings Lynn site.

Commenting on the move, Mark Baldwin, director at East Bilney Coachworks, said ‘The acquisition of the Pertwee & Back bodyshop ticks another box in our long term strategic business plan, strengthening our offering to all our valued work partners and customers.

‘It also further strengthens our current Ford manufacturer approved status with two Ford sites now within our portfolio.’

Richard Coller, managing director of Pertwee & Back Ltd said, ‘We are delighted to have agreed the sale of our bodyshop to East Bilney Coachworks who will continue to employ all the staff at the site.’

East Bilney Coachworks now has six bodyshop sites within the group, along with the Bilney Express  facility and a Smartshop.
