WMS Group announces new warranty contract

WMS Group has announced a partnership with global coach and bus manufacturer TEMSA to significantly extend the warranty on its lease buses and coaches in the UK.

As part of the package, WMS Group will provide year three, four and five extended Driveline cover on all TEMSA’s UK lease bus and coaches. The collaboration will also see WMS Group handle any associated administration services aligned with the warranty claims.

Mark Bobbins, head of commercial vehicle sales for WMS Group, said: “Now, more than ever it’s vital that operators are able to keep their vehicles on the road for longer and our new extended Driveline cover which will see vehicles protected for years three, four and five after the initial two-year manufacturer’s warranty expires, should enable them to do just that.”

TEMSA’s regional sales manager, UK, Ireland & Malta, Paul Gardner, said: “By partnering with WMS to offer this stand-out extended Driveline warranty we are able to offer a highly desirable and much-needed lease package to our customers.
