CarShop wins digital accolade

CarShop has won the Digital Excellence Award at the annual Auto Trader Retailer Awards.

CarShop, which operates in Cardiff, Doncaster, Manchester, Northampton, Norwich, Sheffield, Swindon, Wakefield and Warrington, received the award in recognition of the success of its digital forecourts, based on 5,000 consumer reviews of retailer websites. 

The CarShop website has a variety of tools to simplify the online shopping experience, such as filters for location, keywords, make, model, fuel type, colour, transmission, mileage, price and more.

CarShop also has an online chat function on its website, which connects customers directly to a CarShop agent through online instant messaging, and an accessibility page, which offers bespoke support to customers with a range of disabilities or difficulties.
