Wincanton awards Autoglass with contract

Autoglass has been appointed as the Vehicle Glass Repair and Replacement (VGRR) supplier of choice for British logistics firm Wincanton.

Autoglass was awarded the contract following a competitive tender process, in which a significant improvement in response time offered by Autoglass was highlighted as a key differentiator in the selection process.

The contract is in effect until 2020 and covers windscreen repair, fleet checks and ADAS calibrations. Autoglass will maintain the whole Wincanton & Pullman Fleet Services fleet, which consists of over 3,700 commercial vehicles and more than 400 company cars.

During the tender process Autoglass impressed by having a unique business support hub team who centrally manage the day-to-day requirements of the account; providing greater consistency, job tracking and improved communication.
