Spray booth and facilities maintenance firm Beta Group has expanded with the acquisition of a Midlands business that takes annualised turnover to more than £5m. Beta Group, based in Bacup, Lancashire, has bought the assets and goodwill of Spraybooth Maintenance Services, which operates from premises in Rugeley, Staffordshire.
