The Process

Nominations
Anyone can recommend themselves – or any other company or individual – for any of the relevant awards. Nomination is easy. Just complete the form on
www.bodyshopmag.com. Once a nominee has been registered we will write to them with a questionnaire.

What happens next?

Telephone Interview
For most award categories, a short telephone interview will take place after the closing date to clarify any queries regarding the nomination entry and gather supporting evidence to help in the assessment process.

Non-Bodyshop Awards

Assessor reports
The assessor produces a report based on material submitted and evidence gathered.

Bodyshop Awards

Bodyshop Visit
The bodyshop awards assessor compiles a shortlist of sites to visit. A standard time of 90 minutes is allocated and assessors carry out an audit of the premises and equipment and take photographs to support their assessors report.

Awards Juror's Meeting
The Judgement Day meeting will be held early July. Each assessor presents their results to the Jury, along with financial checks information. The finalists and winners are then decided. If, at any time, there is any danger of a conflict of interest between any juror and nominee, the juror will leave the room during the discussion and decision.
