The finalé of Bodyshop Magazine’s annual Industry Event is the Gala
Awards Dinner.
All Awards finalists will have fought off tough competition and gone through a
rigorous assessment procedure to get to this stage and they ALL deserve to be
congratulated. During the evening the winners will be announced in true
‘Oscars’ style!
The evening’s black tie event will begin with a Champagne reception allowing delegates to relax and socialise in anticipation of finding out who the winners will be. This will be followed by the Gala Dinner and, of course, the Awards presentations with our celebrity guest, James Toseland – World Superbike Champion. Afterwards you can enjoy the rest of the evening with a special performance by James Toseland and his band called, appropriately, ‘CRASH’.
Top
TV magician, Paul Zenon, will be adding a touch of magic and providing a lot of
laughs as our Master of Ceremonies for the evening. Paul is renowned for
entertaining audiences and wowing the public world over with his array of
tricks.
A self-confessed prankster, Paul has several hundred TV appearances and 20 years’ experience as an entertainer and, in his own words, “has spent a lifetime dedicated to deceit”. A pioneer of contemporary street magic, he has also performed in venues ranging from tents and tin huts to the backs of lorries and the hold of an aircraft carrier. Paul is widely acknowledged as one of the leading after-dinner entertainers, performing and presenting at prestigious conferences and events worldwide, when he’s not appearing as a special guest on Countdown. The critics love him...
“His deceptive self-depreciation belies the inventive precision of his stunts and the sharpness of his wit... seeing will be believing.” William Cook, The Guardian
“Brilliant tricks, even better patter.” Malcolm Hay, Time Out
