bodyshop is running a competition in
conjunction with accident management company Easi-Drive, with a top prize of
£3,500 worth of free marketing support to help put your business on the map.
The winner will receive a comprehensive package, courtesy of Easi-Drive,
including a one day consultancy to work out a topline strategy, followed by a
professional communications campaign, including the production of marketing
materials specifically designed for the winner’s business.
PLUS, everyone who enters the competition will receive a free copy
of Easi-Drive’s PR and Marketing: how to get started top tips.
The prize will be facilitated by Easi-Drive’s PR consultancy
Souters. As well as working with Easi-Drive, Souters has a proven track record
of running successful national and regional PR campaigns in a number of sectors.
Speaking about the competition, Gareth Berry, Sales Director at Easi-Drive,
said, ‘PR is a great tool for raising the profile of your business and engaging
with your key stakeholders. It’s the glue that makes all your other marketing
investment stick. We appreciate it’s been a tough trading period for many
bodyshops over the last period and PR and marketing is often overlooked.
‘We work with so many excellent outfits who
should be shouting about the great work they do. This competition will allow one
winner the chance to do that.’
Why enter?
Whether you’re new to the concept or not, this is a fantastic opportunity for
any business.
The power of good marketing and PR is limitless. Successful marketing relies on
a combination of long-term strategy and a short
term plan of action with long term gains. It’s about identifying and
understanding your customers and offering added value – communication sits at
the heart of every good marketing campaign.
PR is a subtle marketing tool – it encompasses everything from effective media relations (press releases, editorials and launches) to powerful reputation management, utilising social media and understanding corporate social responsibility to boosting internal communications (a happy, motivated workforce produces better efficiency and business growth).
