Audatex pricing update

Monday, 5 December 2011

Audatex has issued the following message regarding next year’s 4.5% price increase:

Audatex pricing update

‘Further to our announcement in August 2010 that we would ‘freeze’ our charges and delay our annual pricing review, we can now advise that we have completed our review process and will be adjusting our charges by 4.5% with effect from 1st January 2012.

‘This below-inflation price review covers our Global Claims Centre (GCC) licence fee, claims (assessment) transactions and training fees. There will be no increase to our image transmission fee, monthly support fee or to AudaMail messages.

‘The minimum monthly charge for claims (assessments) processed through Audatex is held at £95 and the price of our supporting bodyshop solutions including AudaInvoice, AudaView and AudaProFile also remain unchanged. Please see the attached Appendix for further details.

‘We are aware that additional costs from any supplier are not welcome in these difficult times, hence the steps we have taken to postpone this review. However, inflationary pressure equating to RPI and CPI increases of 5.4% and 5% respectively over the period from October 2010, require us to implement this increase.’
