Car showrooms to open from Monday

Dealerships can open their doors again on Monday.
Prime minister Boris Johnson announced last night that car showrooms were among the first wave of retailers that would be permitted to begin trading again from 1 June, with all “non-essential” retailers expected to follow suit on 15 June.
However, all businesses will have to adhere to new government guidelines to protect customers and employees, and the continued easing of lockdown is contingent on progress in the fight against coronavirus.
