Volvo Insurance earns Feefo award

Volvo Car Insurance has received the Feefo Trusted Service Award, recognising the business for delivering ‘exceptional experiences’, as rated independently by real customers.

Volvo Car Insurance (VCI) achieved an average rating of 4.1 between 1 January 2017 and 31 December 2017.

Steve Plunkett, Volvo body and paint programme development manager, said, ‘We changed our Volvo Car Insurance provider two years ago to the Verex Group who are fully committed to deploying Volvo’s back into our approved bodyshop network. It was such a positive step to take for us in appointing them.

‘This award reaffirms, via third party endorsements, the quality, service and high standards of the network that our customers not only expect but deserve. It’s a very pleasing reward to receive and we would like to extend our thanks to the wider Verex (Volvo Car Insurance) team and of course the dealers and approved bodyshops that support this great retention initiative.’
