Track your roadside assistance

One of the UK’s leading roadside assistance organisations, Allianz Worldwide Partners UK, has collaborated with Apex Networks, the market leading software provider for the Rescue & Recovery industry in the UK, to develop ResqTrac. Specifically designed to support the network of recovery operators, the remote tracking software crucially allows the individual at the roadside to see exactly when help will be arriving via their smartphone.

Allianz Worldwide Partners UK is the first adopter of ResqTrac, a new technology that is set to benefit all motoring organisations within the industry.  Coupled with the ANS Portal the adoption of ResqTrac streamlines the process of assigning tasks, tracking progress, communications and productivity measurement.

Ultimately, the end user also benefits from the investment in this latest technology as it means that individuals broken down at the roadside can track in real-time the journey and estimated time of arrival of their attending resource. The ResqTrac function enables individuals to feel safe at the roadside whilst they are waiting for assistance.

Rob Lunt, Chief Operating Officer at Allianz Worldwide Partners UK commented, ‘We are committed to providing the best possible service to our manufacturer clients, in whose name we operate our roadside assistance services, and their customers.  This is why we have collaborated with Apex Networks to develop a solution that will lead the way in digital solutions, not only for them but for the industry as a whole.
