Todd at the double

Todd Engineering has been chosen as the spraybooth supplier for Fix Auto Penzance.

The bodyshop, which was named Small bodyshop of the year in 2017 and is featured in the June issue of bodyshop magazine, is continuing to expand, including a redesign of the current site. This redesign will feature a three-bay spraybooth with integrated E5 Greentech gas catalytic Arch.

The combination of top of the line three-bay spraybooth and the latest drying technology will optimise the company’s work flow, to help keep up with the growing work load.

Todd Engineering has also been appointed to install Greentech technology at a second Fix Auto site, Fix Auto Tonypandy including an E9 and a Hercules spraybooth containing the E6.

The E9 is suited to light commercial vehicles and includes power assisted positioning of the panels, making it suitable for a larger range of vehicles. It is expected to increase productivity by up to 50% and reduce energy consumption by up to 80%.

The Hercules is a tried and tested product that combines high performance and quality, with the very latest in IR gas catalytic drying technology.
