The REAL Rally reaches over 50 entries

The 2018 REAL Rally, in partnership with AutoRaise, promises to be an amazing event this year with 55 confirmed teams already on the official Starting Grid.

The REAL Rally shall return this year on dry land, taking to the breath-taking backdrop of Snowdonia in north Wales.

The REAL Rally is clearly turning into an established event for the repair industry. With over 50 of the cars coming from the industry, it promises to be a significant fundraiser for the AutoRaise charity. If a Rally entrant is from the Vehicle Repair industry, they are raising money for AutoRaise. If they are a family friend, they are raising money for REAL – The Ethan Rees Linwood Memorial Fund.

The Rally leaves the Starting Grid at Telford Hotel and Golf Resort in the early hours of Wednesday 27 June, taking stops at the National White-Water Centre and Zipworld, site of the world’s longest zip wire. This beautifully scenic journey will see the contestants arrive at the iconic Italian-designed village of Portmeirion, where they will spend the night with a host of entertainment on the itinerary.

The following morning will start with a 55-car procession through the village itself before heading off to Anglesey Race Circuit for lunch, along with a few laps around this famous track with beautiful views over the Irish Sea towards Snowdonia. The Rally heads to Chester for its final evening with a finale of award presentations. The REAL Rally officially ends after breakfast on the morning of Friday 29 June, with all teams heading back to their respective homes for another year.
