S&G celebrate Well-being Month

S&G Response has celebrated Health and Well-being Month throughout September, promoting a range of well-being initiatives to improve the health of all employees across the business.

Throughout the month employees were introduced to new employee benefits including a cycle to work scheme, aimed at improving fitness, along with introducing a new employee assistance programme to promote overall financial, physical, mental and social well-being through a new partnership with Ben.

The Well-being Month concluded with a week of health therapies including massages and reflexology delivered on-site by Metrostress.

Nik Griffiths, operations director at S&G Response said, ‘We recognise that our most importance assets are our people and we understand that by encouraging a healthier lifestyle and providing guidance, support and initiatives that support all aspects of well-being, can help to improve the health of our people. Creating an environment where our employees feel supported is vitally important to us and a fundamental part of our workplace culture.’
