MG Cannon names new group HR coordinator

MG Cannon Accident Repair Centres has appointed Nicola Griffiths-Lumb as its new group HR coordinator.

Nicola, joins MG Cannon from Britain’s largest employee-owned retailer Waitrose, where she spent over four years as HR manager. Nicola will be responsible for the full range of group HR functions, including employee relations, pensions, recruitment, personal and professional development and further refinement of MG Cannon’s already strong community focus and team culture.

‘MG Cannon has grown rapidly over the last 12 months through acquisitions and investments and we’re very pleased to have Nicola on board, her knowledge and experience will contribute significantly to driving the Group’s development forward ensuring we stay at the front in recruiting and developing innovative and diverse talent,’ said Robert Snook, group director.
