LKQ secures exclusive Ridgeway rights

LKQ Coatings and Ridgeway Technologies have announced that LKQ has secured the exclusive rights to market and distribute Ridgeway’s Body Damage Quote system to the UK and Ireland bodyshop sector.

Body Damage Quote (BDQ) is the online estimating calculator for non-structural body damage, which allows users to draw damage onto a vehicle stock image and instantly generate an estimate using Thatcham Research repair times and paint data and OE parts prices.

Helen Robinson, marketing director commented, ‘We’re committed to helping our customers enhance their business. With the increasing volume of retail repairs, we were interested in a solution that would enable bodyshops to improve their conversion rates. We’ve already received saw some great feedback from BDQ’s pilot users and are looking forward to rolling it out to the market.’
