Industry Insights celebrated at awards

Industry Insights were highly commended at the 2018 UK Customer Service Excellence Awards in London.

Shortlisted in the Best Customer Service Product for business category, the Leicester-based team were just beaten to the first place post by fellow finalists, Adapt Ready UK.

The UK Customer Service Excellence Awards benchmarks success, innovation and positive business change for the customer – core values that are intrinsic to the Industry Insights business: <Connected Solutions> supply chain proposition.

‘Industry Insights are proud to receive a Highly Commended recognition for <Connected Solutions> as the best customer service product for business in the UK Customer Service Excellence Awards 2018,’ said Steve Thompson, managing director, Industry Insights.

The winners were announced on 25 April at a black-tie event at London’s Café de Paris.
