Industry Insights appoints Adele Brownsell

Industry Insights (II) has confirmed the appointment of insurance service professional, Adele Brownsell, as client solutions manager.
Adele has more than 16 years of motor claims industry, management-level expertise. She initially spent more than 12 years with Norwich Union and Aviva Insurance gaining experience across all departments in the motor claims business with leadership responsibility for circa 150 team members both on-and off-shore.

Since 2014, Adele has held the position of strategic account manager for Nationwide Accident Repair Services liaising directly with a number of UK insurers managing both existing contracts and implementing new business.

Adele’s 16-year motor claims career further bolsters the experience held by Industry Insights’ partners, managing director Steve Thompson, Sharon McLeod and Simon Smith. The combined team has 100 years’ experience.
