Inchcape receives Loyalty Performance title

Inchcape Volkswagen Van Centre Cheltenham has been named Loyalty Performance winner at the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Annual Performance Awards.

The event, hosted by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, aims to reward retail centres who achieve outstanding results within the Volkswagen network. The Inchcape Volkswagen Van Centre Cheltenham picked up the Loyalty performance award after being recognised for its high level of customer renewals, retention and customer loyalty to the Inchcape Group retail centre – achieving outstanding sales of finance contracts and service plans.

The win, which saw the Inchcape team come top amongst a network of 74 individual van centres, comes as a result of the team listening and adapting to the needs of its customers; showing a commitment to helping them find their ideal Volkswagen through a plan tailored to their needs.

This award also recognises the team’s ongoing collaborative and innovative approach to working with Volkswagen UK.
