Inchcape celebrates Supernova employees

Inchcape UK has celebrated and rewarded outstanding employees at its All Star Event, with special guest host, comedian Russell Kane.

The event, held at the Hilton on Park Lane, brought together over 200 colleagues from across Inchcape’s 100 plus centres around the country. The invited colleagues had already been crowned as quarterly Superstars in Inchcape’s recognition programme and the annual All Star Event revealed the Supernova winners; the best of the best across eight different categories. Each winner was presented with a travel gift voucher as a reward for their star performance.

James Brearley, CEO for Inchcape UK, hosted the event alongside Russell Kane. He said, ‘I am passionate about being able to celebrate and reward the colleagues in our business who do that little bit extra to delight our customers, brand partners or colleagues. We want our colleagues to know that their commitment and hard work is valued and recognised.’

The Inchcape Stars programme, which is a peer-to-peer scheme, launched in 2017 and has three tiers. Colleagues nominate monthly Stars across eight different categories, that are aligned with Inchcape’s behaviours. The categories cover everything from delivering an excellent customer experience, to innovation, outstanding charity support, brilliant collaboration and unsung heroes.

The Executive team then selects quarterly Superstars who are all invited, with a guest, to attend the prestigious All Star Event where the Supernovas are revealed. With so many Superstars, Inchcape also selected Supernova runners up in each category, who were also recognised on the night.
