GROUPAUTO and UAN attend Malaga event

In May 2018, GROUPAUTO and UAN motor factor member businesses attended the Annual Spring Event along with 40 approved suppliers that sponsored the event.
Every year, this event gives the opportunity for member delegates to meet with suppliers and catch up with fellow members. This year the event was held in Malaga’s historic The Grand Miramar Hotel.
The weekend was full of opportunities to socialise but also to share best practices and spend time with approved suppliers from the group. Over 300 delegates arrived on the morning of the first day.
During the event, members and suppliers gathered for a group presentation on stage by Steve Richardson, UK Trading Group managing director, Bob Ackroyd, GROUPAUTO managing director, Michael Swan, UK Group purchasing manager, and Phil Dodd, UK Group commercial manager.
The presentations provided an update on group performance and the projections for the rest of the year including initiatives and future events the group can expect.
