Fix Auto signs with Patterson

Fix Auto UK has secured the signing of Suffolk-based Patterson Accident Repairs.

Owned by Keith Patterson, the 9,500sqft repair centre will operate as Fix Auto Felixstowe.

Commenting on why he has finally joined the network, Keith said, ‘I remember sitting through a presentation by the French-Canadian founder of Fix Auto a long time ago and hearing that to succeed we needed to be part of large organisation. If I am honest, I just thought Fix Auto UK simply wasn’t for us and we have steadily gone about our business ever since.

‘But you can’t hide from the fact the operation is leading the way today. I’ve watched and read in our trade press how the business has gained pace, grown and developed beyond all recognition. I have invested quite substantially over the last 18 months and I now want to capitalise on that investment – I am sure Fix Auto UK will bring all the professionalism and expertise to accelerate that.’

Those investments include expanding into an adjoining building, a move that increased the business’s car parking and storage facilities considerably. More recently, Keith has taken over a car wash facility and converted it into a stand-alone valeting building.
