Fix Auto enhances London presence

Fix Auto UK has further increased its position in the capital following the news that Northwood Coachworks has joined the network as Fix Auto Northwood.

Owned by Manoj Shah, Fix Auto Northwood is the 12th Fix Auto repair centre inside the M25. The 10,000 sqft bodyshop houses two spraybooths and eight operatives ensuring a capacity to repair up to 130 vehicles a month.

The businessman joined the network 10 months ago when he developed Fix Auto Watford. From his experience of the Watford site, Manoj has seized an opportunity to rebrand the site he has operated for several years into Fix Auto Northwood and further extend Fix Auto UK’s coverage in the region.

Manoj said, ‘When I joined Fix Auto last April I said, for me, being part of the Fix Auto network was integral to the continual development of our business. My hopes have been more than realised so, I had no hesitation in bringing my existing repair centre into the Fix Auto network.’

Mark Hutchins, Fix Auto UK’s business development manager, added, ‘Manoj and his team have benefitted greatly since joining the network, his decision to re-brand his Northwood repair centre into a Fix Auto site underlines his belief in our proposition and what we, as a network, is striving to achieve in exemplary customer service, be it for the motorist or insurer provider.’
