Autotech Reading secures Volvo approval

Autotech Reading has been awarded Volvo body and paint approval.

Managing director Aidan McCarron said, ‘This is fantastic news for us to be awarded such a premium brand approval. We are really looking forward to working with the team at the new Volvo facility at Volvo Reading and also the Volvo body and paint team. Our general manager Stuart Evans has done a fantastic job in getting us ready for our approval.’

Steve Plunkett, Volvo body and paint programme development manager, added, ‘This is a good appointment for us, the team at Autotech have been extremely proactive and positive in not only positioning themselves in wishing to become approved, but they have also already delivered in developing their relationship and business in the local market area with their nominating dealer.

‘It’s one thing having the approval, but the key to a successful business partnership is the strength of the dealer/bodyshop relationship, which should be built around regular communication and of course high end repair quality resulting in a premium customer experience.’
